I have been banking with USbank for over 20 years now. For 16 years in this community. The people that work at this branch are very kind and helpful. I made this review because of my most recent experience, where I had to go inside for help. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and was treated very nice. My issues were addressed and resolved. I couldnt be happier with the friendly hometown banking experience. That is how they have always been for me every time I have gone inside. The negative reviews are a little unnecessary if you ask me. Expecting fast service going through a Drive through banking line Should not be expected. Its likely not the banks fault, and the people that are in front of you.

I love that this bank is all about customer service. Every employee is stellar, but especially Sam. She really shines! She genuinely interacts with her customers, pays attention, remembers what they say and builds conversations off of previously discussed topics. She makes me want to do any banking business I have there!

Started a checking account and went to get in the app one day and it told me to contact the bank. I did and account was closed and turned into collections but no balance? I can see why they have a 3 star review lol. What a joke not recommended... Still on the phone trying to get this cleared up
