        I called up there and told them the problem with my TV. They told me they can't order the part I need for my TV because they're distributor don't have parts for most the the TV out there. There more than two brands of TV.

        Bought a Frigidaire gas Stove works great and has a lot of features knobs no push button panel which is what I was looking for, they installed it and helped me find what I wanted was very nice experience. Nick was very helpful and will be my next go to for appliances.

        Was very pleased with the service from Mt Vernon TV & APPLIANCE. Ordered a freezer. Tommy, John and Randy was very friendly, worked together as a team and delivered new freezer and hauled away old freezer. Would recommend them for your appliance needs. We had others recommend them to us.

      Richard, I do apologize but what you were told is correct. We do service a lot of appliances and televisions, however have no outlet for Hisense television parts. We would much rather let customers know up front if we can help or not. Please keep us in mind in the future if it is something we can help with.
