My father bought 2 vehicles from this location and they were bad. Both of them didn't pass emissions test and need more than $2,000.00 in repairs.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
If I could give a less rating I would these people are a negative 10, Do not I repeat do not buy a car from here unless you are an experienced mechanic or you bring a mechanic with you! A friend of mine purchased a car from Auto fin on River Road and Euclid she's 21, her first vehicle a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer they charged her a ridiculous amount of money, over $5,000 and she financed it thinking she was getting a decent vehicle a little over a month later the car dies tries to start it and the battery cables start smoking like the car is going to catch on fire, the battery cable was twisted together with black electrical tape around it and applied to the battery, tow it to a mechanic and find out that the engine is seized. There was no paperwork given to her the odometer reading was changed by 12 thousand miles paperwork that they have said 166 thousand miles actual odometer reading was 178 Thousand miles, the car itself needs over $4,800 for it to be Street safe, contacted them and asked them if if they would help they want her to come up with half of $4800 and they'll put up the rest to get the car fixed , over $7,000 for an 04 Mercury Mountaineer completely unacceptable!! they are nothing but shysters they spit and shine a car together and because they can get financing you feel safe and comfortable but they don't care about you they only care about your money do not ever buy a car from here!!
