Food was delicious. We ordered New York Strip steak and it was the best. So tender and delicious.

I went with my family of 9 people to celebrate Easter. First of all been going to Jameson's for a number of years and this definitely was the worst experience. I'm not sure but something was wrong with the ice and between all our waters and any drinks that needed ice. They sat us at a table that they put up the leaves which weren't very secure and made the table very wobbly. The first part of our meal was good the appetizers. The main meal was were the issue was. First of all the kitchen took forever to make our food and mind you we got there at 330 and it was dead.. this is now 430 waiting over an hr for the food to come out and when I finally received my prime rib it was ice cold as well as my family's food. We complained and they reheated our plates however it made my prime rib well done which was supposed to be medium. I naturally complained and they made it right .. however when everything was said and done they could have made it right but decided to only comp 55 dollars on our 600 dollar bill.. I Will never be back.. I'm 27 years in food so I know what should have happened and this wasn't it. VERY DISSAPPOINTING.. SAVE YOUR MONEY NEVER AGAIN
