I walked in Picket Realty in need of a Realtor to help me sell my Mom’s condo. I met Bill (William) Gonzalez. We set an appointment to meet the next day at my Mom’s condo. I appreciated his suggestions and clear expectations of how it would be it he worked with me. He was awesome! We set a base price for the sale. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was honest, not pushy, respectful and extremely helpful. I can’t say enough great things about him. He is an outstanding realtor. He help me from the begging right through the closing. I was so happy I walked into that Picket Fence office. I can’t see how anyone would be disappointed working with Bill!

Sue Duchek has sold 2 houses for us. Each time the house sold in 10 days and we got the price we wanted! She is professional and friendly and has a great staff that takes care of everything.
