I had a terrible experience here. I provided a clear photo on what I wanted and gave specific details that followed the photo on which nails I wanted specific designs just like in the photo. They got it all wrong and were upset when I politely told them they were not following the picture example at all. They would not stop and correct their mistake and just plowed forward ignoring that they were doing it wrong. They did not seem to have the artistic ability to make even a simple animal print on nails. If you do not have the ability to do a simple art, tell the client or get someone else to do it. Dont put what looks like a 2 year old took a marker to someones nails. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am beyond impressed by master Alanas work. She took her time and left my nails looking absolutely amazing ! Shes a total perfectionist. Stop wasting your hard earned money at other nail salons.. book with Alana instead, you will not regret it !!

It was my first time trying this place out. I arrived the lady offered me a coffee or tea which is good starting. I went to sit on the chair to do my pedicure, the chair was super uncomfortable. The position you need to stay in order for the nail technician to do the service is awkward. The service is dry no moisture or massage(expected if youre paying $70). She nail tech didnt cut the nails just file the feet. The nail tech didnt ask what I wanted. I asked to get up for the washroom and the nail tech made an upsetting face. The girl that did the manicure did a great job did as expected. The only thing again no massage on the hands etc(paying $60). After it was set and done you are sent to a sofa which is uncomfortable the way you need to be to dry your fingers. Overall the customer experience wasnt great for the amount of money youre paying. There is plenty of choices for a lot less with more value.
