Jelly Cafe Mount Prospect

I ordered their smoked salmon Benedict, which I think they only serve during certain times of year. I'm very pleased with the food. The salmon had a pleasant, smokey scent and was quite delicate. Arugula gave the perfectly cooked poached eggs a pleasant, bitter taste. Their French toast cinnamon roll was phenomenal.

Very good breakfast or brunch. The food comes out fast and it tastes very good. The waiters are nice and bring your food nice hot and fast. I recommend this place

On top of the food being consistently great every time I go for brunch (quite often), the service is also why I go. From Elijah happily greeting you as you come in the door, to Torie and Patricks great service while you order your food, this place truly is a gem. And my favorite place to take myself to brunch.

What's a little odd about this place is the consistency. Sometimes it's really good, and sometimes it's just mediocre. That's why I gave the food 3 stars instead of four. The atmosphere is average, but it's definitely clean and always comfortable. Service has always been great there, from the wait staff and table bussers.
