BEWARE They work with you very little, try to sell you everything, and send you FABRICATED BILLS 3 years after treatment. Then don't return phone calls. Go to Illinois Bone and Joint Institute down the street at Central and Arthur, much better care and honest billing.

Dr. Melissa is tops! she estimated 3 to 4 weeks and *boom* my achilles tendon was back to normal. Right on time which means a lot to me. Also introduced me to the works of Dr. Fung & keto diet....etc. Completely on the right path in every way. I also must mention, the therapist (Adam) has uncanny ability to apply the right amount pressure in the correct places. Overall, rewarding experience. THANK YOU.

Awful, awful experience. At first I was enamored by their mutli-faceted approach of physical therapy, chiropractic, trigger point therapy (I think that is what it is called), and massage. And there are some nice people working in there and I do not blame any of them. Here's the problem. I asked for a bill every time I went in there and even paid a little bit at a time to at least not fall too far behind and always got the same answer, we're waiting to hear back from insurance. I know insurance companies move slowly but, not that slow. I finally stopped going in January of 2017, still without ever seeing a bill. Then, I believe it was in August of 2017, 8 MONTHS AFTER I STOPPED GOING, I got a bill in the mail. It was for over $1,000 dollars!! Had I known what my balance was AT ANY POINT IN TIME, I may have just stopped going as I am still paying this bill off.... or at least trying to. I have called the past 2 days in a row to make a payment, and no one answers. While the treatment may be acceptable here, their administration and billing practices are a joke.
