Zach was very responsive to my inquiry, and was very helpful in making recommendations for adding heating and cooling for a specific space in our home. Zach's proposal was thoroughly written and competitively priced, and Zach was the only person who not only made a suggestion that would offer savings from efficiency, Zach also told me about available rebates, whereas no one else mentioned them. The work was scheduled and completed ahead of schedule by Zach's team, who were all very professional, and did a great job. I actually had to leave my home before the job was wrapped up, and the team cleaned up and locked my home exactly how I had asked. Immediate and fantastic service from Zach at Simply Comfortable Heating and Cooling. Our Air Conditioner was not working and since it is about 20 years old we were afraid we would need a new unit. Zach came out the day we called, did the necessary repair and A/C is working great. He took the time to explain what he did and answered all of our questions without us ever feeling rushed.
