Awful first time experience! I set an appointment for Saturday and what I believe owner called (didnt even introduce himself) after couple of days to reschedule the appointment stating they have no room. They didnt know it couple days ago when scheduling the appointment in the first place?
I am a business owner myself and thats not how you treat your clients, especially your first time clients.
I will definitely not recommend this place!

My new place to go for any salon/spa service . Went in for a haircut and ended up booking a full hair color  session with Dhalia, too. She's amazing. The place is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Jack Alexander Hair Salon & Day Spa is the best place for any beauty services. I used it many times for hair treatments (coloring and hair extensions) and skin treatments. You will find here highly trained and always helpful team of professionals. With their high quality services and expertise l am feeling my best!
