        Rick did a fantastic job repainting my rental property in Schaumburg.  One of the old tenants had wall papered and then painted a bedroom.  He scraped it all and the final product was great.  I own several rental properties and will keep Rick at the top of my list.  Cost, timeliness, and final look were great.
