The doctors are genuinely invested in your care and work really hard to uncover the root cause of your health issue. They don't just give up on you if you hit a road block but rather dig deeper with great determination to help you restore yourself to optimal health. Dr. Phillips has been AMAZING to work with and has been guiding us step by step through a complicated medical journey, in regards to my 6 year old son. She has definitely put us on the right track and has given us hope that my son's health issue will get resolved.

Best place for holistic care! Regular family doctors, endocrinologist, internal medicine doctors and ER doctors failed me. Dr. Marina Phillips helped me get back to being functional again and now, 6+ months later I'm thriving physically and emotionally with ongoing care! 12/10 recommended!

I wish I never had anything to do with this place. This was to mostly be covered by insurance. They made me provide a credit card upfront and sign a contract. A couple months after starting to see them and they charged a thousand dollars to my card without even a statement. I had to call them for an explanation. Now 7 months after my last visit, they continue to charge me for prior visits that my insurance didn't cover from 8 months ago. I've been charged nearly $2k without any warnings and well after my visits ended. They won't let me remove my credit card on file even though I'm no longer seeing them.

This is a hard review to give. The Dr and staff were really nice but their billing is the worst I have had to deal with. They charge you whatever they want, billing department doesn't respond. I had to stop my therapy and threaten to not come back in order to get a response to fix my billing. After stopping my therapy I finally was able to get the wrong charges reversed on their end. I asked to be billed the correct amount. I sent checks from an fsa account to pay the balance and again they charged my card without permission another $165. I am beyond frustrated.... Haven't been able to finish my therapy for over a month now. I am still on the phone now as I type this waiting for anyone to help me. I fear it will be another month and lots of anguish to sort this. Find a better place to go to, I can't even get the help I need for my health due to their billing issues. There's also no responses until you start screaming, one of the worst experiences I've had. I will never be back.

I had to change my review due to my experiences with this location. You may want to find another location or facility all together. Their billing department will rip you off and not respond. I had to stop therapy and threaten to never go back to get a response. I finally get them to reverse the wrong charges, and now all of a sudden they charged my card again after telling them not to, it's an even higher amount and again I'm not getting responses. I have sent emails, left messages, and theyve depleted my fsa account without reason, they've now been double paid for services and I'm reporting them for fraud. I will never go back here due to this. It's a shame too, the Dr and staff are nice, but the hell and stress that comes with just trying to pay the right amount for your visits is a nightmare. I'm done.
