They don't respect their schedule because I went before five and they say they close at 5:30 and they only make estimates to leave 3l car with them so we can't compare prices.

Work is so-so, but they're near impossible to get a hold of. Previous repair went fine, not perfect, but fine. This time, it took a half dozen phone calls, a couple online messages, and three visits to the shop before finally getting a rejection. First was told they were booked out for three weeks, then a month or two, then finally they rejected my service altogether saying it might take six months. People seem to have good luck with the actual work, and I understand the entire industry is swamped, but they'd need to get more consistency on the communication side of things (and a reliable phone) before I could recommend them to anyone.

Dan was very thorough and explained what would happen from start to finish. The car was completed as promised, looked beautiful and was returned cleaned, inside and out. I am recommending CarStar to everyone!
