        Bradley Cohn helped to navigate my wife and I through the process of purchasing our first home this summer. He also assisted us when we decided to pull an earlier offer on a separate home. Given our rather weak understanding of the process, we had many questions and concerns-but he was always thorough, patient, and easy to reach.  He made the effort to explain several confusing aspects of the contract and negotiation to us. We really appreciated everything he did for us and feel that he went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend him for any home purchase.
