        My wife and I have lived here for four years and overall, its been a wonderful experience. Georgia and the management team keep the building well-maintained, and theyre always providing special things for the residents. This is a great place to live.

        Great location and nice facilities. I am on my third lease here and have seen a nice improvement in the service with the new management company. Great responsiveness from Georgia, Andrew, and Enrique on everything from leasing, questions, and maintenance (Tony). The team does a good job with resident engagements/activities on a regular basis. Very pleased.

        This building is well built, has a great amenities, modern design, and is right in the middle of a growing downtown. It's very convenient for commuting to the city as its a block over from the train station and has incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It's been a pleasure living here so far!

        We love living at 20W! Its quiet and lovely, just like the village of Mount Prospect. The location is so ideal, and the building itself is beautiful, well kept, upscale and smells great at all times. Georgia and Andrew are excellent property managers who not only exceed in their roles but take personal interest in our lives, they really make living here the best experience. We are grateful to be living at 20W!
