Woke up Friday AM 11/11/22 to find stool clogged up, yeeky water in shower floor plus water surrounding the basement floor drain in furnace room. Then noticed soaked carpet in room adjacent to furnace room where floor drain had overflowed. A mess and immediately Im a little panicked as to what to do. Had used Mike before so gave him a call at 6:30AM and left message. Got call back in about 10 minutes and he said Ill be there within the hour and they where. Please note it does say on the internet they open at 8:00AM but responded to may message ASAP.
They came as stated and immediately assessed situation and went to sewer clean out in front yard. Used heavy duty snake and cut out the tree roots in our sewer line. That resolved that problem immediately. He then offered calling a restoration company (Grethey & Rose Restoration) to come and clean up the mess. They were here in an hour and cleaned everything up plus set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything up!!!!
This is very lengthy review but at 6:30AM I was kinda panicked but this situation was completely resolved by 10:30AM (except removing equipment on Monday) so my satisfaction with both these organizations is outstanding.and reasonable charge to complete!!!!!

Never bothered to call or cancel didn't show up. Very disappointed in there customers service sad no customer service
