Before you contract to build a Morton building, know that in the fine print they only warranty their roofs for 5 short years.  I had them put up a very small but very expensive hay shed for $30,000 in 2007.  The metal roof has already failed and is leaking significantly on both the East and West exposures.  The only thing they will do is come and put some caulking on it for $900!  I have put up similar sheds with similar roofs that have lasted, without leaking, for 25 years plus.

I called the Greensboro office to get some information. I spoke with a gentleman named Randy who handled my location. I kept trying to get information on the style building I was wanting but I could not get any information from him. He just kept talking to me as if I had no idea what I was wanting or as if I didn't have a clue to what I was doing. He was very disrespectful and demeaning. Thank you, but I will take my business else where!

4-6-19It is hard for me to write a review of Morton Builders in Ixonia (WI) because I never even received a phone call. Back in January 2019 I set up an appointment to sit down and discuss my plans. The Waukesha (WI) rep was not available, but his superior was. So I sat down with him for over an hour and looked at my plans. I had computer generated pictures of all sides of the building along with a detailed floor plan. This is the same software I used to build our house. We had a discussion on the options and I was given several brochures on their buildings. About six weeks go by and no phone calls at all. I also found out that the Waukesha rep drives right by my house often!! So I called and left a voice message and still nothing. Another week goes by and I stop in the Ixonia location again, and of course the Waukesha rep was not available and his supervisor was on the phone. The receptionist was very nice and had all the records of my first visit, phone message and of course my 2nd visit. She went in the back no less than 3 times to see if he was off the phone and came back out with the same statement "that it would be just another minute." I looked at the clock on their wall and gave the guy 15 minutes. (The truth is I have been waiting since January)  He never even came out so I asked the receptionist to have one of these guys call me, and then I left. Now it is 4-6-19 and still no contact. I do believe Morton Builders could not figure how to build my building so no contact. I was hoping to have permits by now!!! VERY UNHAPPY!! Jeff from Waukesha WI.
