Been on hold for almost hour just to pay bill. They must not want me to.. Also they must have over 50% Spanish customers because All call waiting is in Spanish. I think it was saying bad things about my mom.

Dishonest company. Avoid them. Multiple billing errors. Their business office/ account managers are deceptive. Our previous contract was a fixed base rate cost, The only variable charges being fuel and City Comp fee. There are emails regarding negotiations on the base rate the understanding that it would be fixed. We agreed to renew our contracts based on the guidelines of the previous contract. We even requested these items hilighted. A tactic of theirs is to convey terms verbally, and immediately send the contract, using said highlights to mislead. Who would ever change a contract that had a fixed base rate, variable fuel and Comp fee to a contract that has a variable base rate, variable fuel and city fees? They also tend to change account managers often which is another hassle. Final advice, Do not use their Docu Sign feature. Print the contract. Handwrite the exact terms on the contract agreed upon verbally, yourself. The crew that does our current pick up is excellent.

Since LRS took over Michiana. I've heard the customer service went down to hill. To be honest I have no idea why people said the customer service is bad. I have no issue with this company's customer service. I'm sure it goes both directions. We had issue with payment. Since December 2023 and no more auto payment. I've should contact them earlier. So we switched the company and paid off we owed. I love the service. But we don't like the fact they discontinued the recycling service and a bigger company took it. So we got contract with a small locally owned company with compatible price. It was really nice to using their service over 4 years.
