First time to try Giordanos at Dempster/Morton Grove. Went on a late afternoon and there were 4 other tables with customers. Ordered pizza and appetizer. Very slow service and lacks enough staff. There was only 1 waitress and had to follow-up on our appetizer. We waited for the appetizer for about 35 minutes and after following up, that was the only time it was brought out. Pizza came out very late too and we were already starving. We had to follow-up when the pizza will arrive and after mentioning it to them, thats the only time it came out. Not recommended to go there if you are hungry coz the wait is too long.

Astrid was a tremendous server. She juggled many tables on a very busy night and never wavered from her upbeat and positive attitude. Shes wonderful. Pizza was the usual great.

Giordano's has had a special space in my heart ever since my family used to make regular visits in my youth for their legendary deep dish pizza. As a born and raised uptown Chicago girl Giordano's has been one of my favorite places to eat. I now live in Green Bay and have had their pizza shipped as well as stopping by every time I visit home. Today our server's name was Astrid. She was spectacular. Even after being given 5 tables simultaneously she was immediately on top of it managing to get drink and food orders for all five groups immediately. I was surprised she even remembered what everyone at all the tables was drinking. She was extremely polite and made sure everyone had refills and everything they needed quickly. I have not seem many servers that could handle what she did with such ease. Thank you Astrid for an amazing experience at a place I love to keep coming back to.

Me and my kids came over to get a bite to eat and we have this amazing person to help us and came to see if we need anything all the time my kids loved her. Her name is Astrid she was amazing thank you again
