Hynek and crew did a fantastic job replacing some stones on my second floor balcony! I got multiple quotes but Hynek was the only one who provided a detailed written estimate for the work. This makes a world of difference when selecting a contractor. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Hynek Construction has done a great job on our 100+ year old condo building in the Avondale neighborhood. They've done masonry, brickwork, concrete repair, & tuckpointing to our aging building. Hynek has been patient with us asking questions and obtaining quotes for budget purposes. Between 2020-21, 4/6 units turned over in the market due to some of the projects I completed as a board member. Highly recommended!

Hynek inspected the site today and was one of the five masonry, tuckpointing, flashing repair and waterproofing companies we sought evaluations and bids from.  He was by far the most thorough construction person we had review the site.   He took the time to review the entire site and identified what seemed to be the source of the issue and none of the other contractors took the time to get to the potential root cause of the problem.   A few of them didn't even go on the roof to see for themselves what all the potential issues might be,  We do await his quotes now but overall from the point of knowledgeable and thoroughness we know he is one of the best you would find out in the marketplace.

Would highly recommend Hynek Construction. They rebuilt the top of our chimney and tuckpointed the base. Hynek was professional, honest, prompt and very reasonable in terms of cost. His team was friendly and willing to accommodate our schedule in terms of start and stop time. They cleaned up the area completely. We had multiple estimates and are so glad we went with Hynek Construction.
