My son likes the place, and he's always excited to go and learn, the staff are professional, very respectful and talented, as parents we're very happy and grateful to leave our kids in such a safe place to learn and improve his ability in martial art.

Our son has been enrolled at NSMA for over a year and we could not be more pleased. The lessons Master Yoon teaches re: discipline, respect, perseverance, and many others, are invaluable and apply not only to Tae Kwan Do, but life.

We've had the pleasure of being part of Master Yoon's Taekwondo since our oldest was 5 years. He's now in second grade and has nicely transitioned through the different belt stages. More importantly Taekwondo has become part of his life both at practice and outside. And maybe this is exactly why this is so popular among parents. Yes, for sure they get an outstanding grounding in the art of marital arts from a recognized world champion, but equally importantly our son has built character, respect, and appreciation for the art of Taekwondo. It's been a fascinating journey to see our son develop physically, intellectually (learning a myriad of Korean terms and cultural aspects), and importantly emotionally (dealing with failure, learning that perseverance pays off (Master Yoon, gracefully always open for a second chance if hard work is shown)). No regret move signing our son up 3 years ago and expect this activity to have an impact on Nathaniel for many years to come.

I am writing to share my positive experience with North Shore Martial Arts (NSMA) in Morton Grove and Master Yoon. My son has been attending classes for three months now and I have been thoroughly impressed with the training he has received. One of the standout qualities of NSMA is the strong focus on discipline. Master Yoon instills a strong sense of respect and discipline in all of their students. Additionally, the training sessions are well-structured and Master Yoon is an excellent instructor. He is patient and knowledgeable, and has a great way of connecting with the young students and helping them to improve their skills. I highly recommend NSMA to anyone looking for a top-notch Taekwondo training facility. My son is thoroughly enjoying his time there and I am confident that he will continue to develop both physically and mentally under the guidance of Master Yoon and his team.
