Needed to return equipment for two different accounts (mine and my neighbor's) - no waiting! Staff greeted me at the door / processed both returns right away / no problems with either account. I was in & out of the store in under 20 minutes.

I rarely if never leave bad reviews, but decided this time to do it, so hopefully someone fixes it. I used xfinity internet. I moved out of state and right before, I went to this store physically to cancel my account. The gentleman said he did, I asked for a document or a confirmation email. He said: "we don't do that". I said ok and left. I canceled it on February 29th. My card has being charged. I chatted with representative, who assured me that I will get a refund. No refund yet... So, never again xfinity...
