To the Kropp Family! I want to say THANK YOU to your entire staff for guiding my company thru this process! It was pretty difficult finding a reliable and yet reasonable policy! It was and still is a pleasure in meeting with you all. I appreciate the work you did. That was above & beyond my expectations from an company. After one of their insured - a livery service, hit me I have called several times trying to get this resolved. I spoke with Steve Krobb on 8/19 who said he would call me right back Its now 9/9/20 and I have left several voicemails with no one from this company returning my calls as per the other reviews. 9/15 /20 update: After speaking with Knopp after leaving a bad review , the woman did return my call and her excuse for not returning my 10 previous voicemails was that someone was sick . Apparently , no one checks voicemail . It appears that the livery service that hit me, Lake Express Limo of Round Lake is NOT insured by Knopp since March 2020, while they presented Knopp paper work as the proof of insurance . Appropriate authorities have been notified .
