        Cracked my roof while changing windshield, won't own up to mistake. Worst experience ever with safelite. Should've waited for dealer to change it. Never ever going back or suggest safelite to friends or family.

        Called to schedule an appointment for replacing my BMW i7 front windshield. They were nice on the phone and scheduled my appointment within 10 days. The appointment was 8am-8pm - no show - I called midday and they said they do not have the windshield. They rescheduled it for another 3 weeks 8am - 5pm. I was waiting patiently for 3 weeks. The day came and I blocked again the whole day for the installation. No show! They did call same day to say that they do not have the windshield again! Waisted 2 full day waiting for them. I tried to tell the manager to first get the part and THAN call me, he refused and said this is not how their system works!
