Heidi Miller treated my wife like absolute garbage. My wife brought up multiple concerns that she just blew off. Heidi then prescribed her medication and did not tell her what it was for and did not advise her of what the medication was. Heidi also invited a medical student into the room while my wife was being examined without the consent of my wife. Heidi ultimately made my wife feel like her problems did not matter and treated her absolutely inhumane. There are other things that occurred during my wife's appointment but I will not mention all of them due to my wife's privacy, but Heidi needs to have her certifications checked, needs to be removed as an OB, and needs to find a different profession.

Nice doctors and RN but the desk ladies are uninformed and rude. Hate going there just because I have to get signed in with attitude and figure out what Im suppose to do with a pee cup they handed me with no directions. Was suppose to use a special bathroom and place my pee in the back. I was in the waiting room holding it since I tried to speak up and she walked away. Dont believe there signs that say speak up and we help. no they dont

I have been a patient here for over 6 years. I have since moved and I drive over an hour to drive here. Some of the receptionists and some of the medical assistants (especially the newer ones) have the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced within the Healthcare industry. The doctors and the nurses are pretty good, I appreciate the experience that I have received from Dr. Setrini and nurse Jane in particular. However, I am tired of driving so far for some subpar customer service, something more needs to be done at this location. The hold times can be so ridiculous, more than 10 mins with 2-3 receptionists is unacceptable. Some of the people here are unable to deal with people who have mental illnesses. They need to learn how to handle people of all abilities.

Heidi Miller was the most callous person I've had the misfortune of dealing with. She dismissed all of my concerns as irrelevent, talked down to me as though I was old and brainless, and seemed to derive pleasure from informing me that at 65 I would no longer be getting pap smears covered by insurance. Her attitude was clear.
