I am sorry but I have never heard of this person. There is no record of any history with this person. I have no idea how legitimate review can be made when we have had no contact with a person.THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A FAKE REVIEW. THERE IS NOT EVEN ANY INFORMATION AS TO WHY THE REVIEW WAS MADE

Poor communication, poor customer service, poor management. TLC over-promises and under-delivers. We agreed upon and paid a price at the beginning of the season for yard maintenance. Although we asked, we were shown little evidence that the work was being done. Although we had paid up-front, they continued to send invoices. We emailed them to point out their error and yet they continued to send invoices. I would recommend against hiring this company.

In response to this review, Trotter TLC was hired to clean and maintain Mr. Meyers beds. We bid the work explained the contract and charged according to the contract. Our crew came and did the initial work. Everything was fine. We came back twice to do the work and they forgot to call. I apologized for this but explained that the work had been done, verified by our crew sheets. He refused to pay these invoices. the job was to make sure there were no weeds in the flower beds, I asked him if there were weeds in the beds, He said there were no weeds in the beds. I tried to explain that that is exactly what he was paying for in the services. He cancelled the work and never paid. Only after being turned over to our collection company did he post this review
