This gym is the best! The boot camp classes are very challenging and really get you in shape fast. The gym equipment is top notch and always working. The trainers and other staff members are always friendly and welcoming. The facility is quite large; the group training room is separate from the gym equipment so no one is in the way of one another. Also, they have a new individual personal training room that is amazing. It also has brand new equipment and I really feel I am getting my moneys worth as a member of this gym. The owner is always interested in the members feedback and is constantly asking for our preferences on what we would like more of, less of, etc. If you are looking for a great gym to join, look no further.

Good gym, friendly staff, good machines, plus a nice variety of attachments for their cable machines and by far the best treadmills Ive ever used definitely 5 stars Plus the owner is nice enough to give me the new drinks to try before I buy!

Possibly the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is phenomenal and the trainers are top notch. The equipment is always clean and easy to use.
