McDonald's

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Would recommend driving out of town to coal city or minooka McDonald's. Heck even streator McDonald's has this place beat any day.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a steak McMuffin through the app. It took long for the order to come (there was a long line and curbside spots were all filled so I understood it wasn't going to be fast). When I got my food both sandwiches were barley warm and the bagel was hard like it was old. Won't be coming back here

Tonight I ordered a mcdouble no ketchup, small fry, small Fanta, medium sprite and large sprite no ice. Placed the order on the app and went through the drive-thru. I was handed a bag and the large sprite no ice. The kid then hands me a medium brown soda and says "have a good night". I was still holding the brown soda and looked at him and said "I had a sprite". He said "yeah, the mobile order?", then repeated it, "did you want ice in that?". I said "no that's not the problem, it's this medium one and I still need the fanta." I even said "well what is this, I'll take it anyways if I like it." He so confidently said "huh? Yeah, medium sprite" and then made the Fanta and handed it to me. I mean, luckily it was just a regular coke and I'm fine with that, was just craving a sprite tonight and the other two drinks weren't mine. The food wasn't mine either, but it was right. I mean, I'm a little upset, but I guess I'm more flabbergasted than anything. I hope this young man realized later what happened. I also work in customer service/food service, so I can understand having a rough night.
