        Had appointment set up for a Monday morning. My daughter ended up breaking a bone and I had to go to a Dr appointment for her. I called the owner and explained to him I wont be home but if he is ok with it then I am ok with them doing the job while Im not there, as Id be home before they are done. He told me thats perfectly ok and they would be there when I arrived. They didnt show up nor did they answer or return my phone call wondering why they didnt show up to do the job they were scheduled to do. Horrendous communication by the owner. Ill be letting whomever know about this situation that is wanting garage door repair done.

        Keypad they installed never worked properly. After trying many times it couldnt be fixed. Chris was considerate enough to refund our money. He resolved the issue. I appreciate that !!

        Very professional and personable. They were at my house 30 minutes and fixed the issue I knew about and made several adjustments to make the door I installed several years ago work the best it can.
