        First off, customer service is excellent! There was a miscommunication on my order and I received 1 lb. of ground lamb instead of 1 six pound pack. John, the owner, drove over an hour to deliver it to me! Second, I made Irish stew pie tonight with the leg of lamb I bought. I forgot to salt and pepper the pies. Gan salaan agus pobar, the lamb was delicious! Only needed to season for the sake of the tatties. Will order again. Many times over. Mutton is hard to find and theirs is incredible!
