        Katie is a nice person. However we had nothing but problems. Calls and texts not returned after the wrong counters were installed. When they were returned they were not the truth. It was a total nightmare Service: Remodeling

        Katie is a very sweet person. But after giving our down payment and placing our kitchen cabinet order she was and still is very very difficult to get in contact with. We were told wed have our new cabinets by June/July and they were later than expected and when they did come in they were in the wrong color so they had to be completely remade and shipped again, we didnt get them till mid August and when they arrived we were short some of the finish trim and one of the end cabinets was the wrong size. And the hardware wasnt delivered with the cabinets, that came weeks later. The missing trim and new end cabinet piece finally got delivered weeks later, in the wrong color, so it AGAIN needed to be reordered. Its almost November and we still dont have the remaining trim and end cabinet. Text, call, and email and wont get a response for days/weeks. Services: Kitchen remodeling, Remodeling
