Ivy Hall Dispensary - Montgomery

Way overpriced, don't honor discounts that they advertise, and make it impossible to return defective merch. Extremely unhelpful person who answered telephone when I called about a defective cart battery said I have to photograph said product, email photo and issue, wait for "approval" and they will consider replacing it, but state that no unopened product can be returned to store. So my plan is never go there again, drive a few more miles to another dispensary. We are talking about a $10 item part of an over $100 purchase. Not too smart, whoever you are that answered the phone.

Best dispensary I've been to all the workers were so friendly and helpful!!!! Super excited to try my moon rocks and I will definitely be back soon

What a gorgeous and smart sensory space with a great team of professionals. I loved how everything was on display and theres even a brand area that has swag. Tatiana was such a vibe, so amazing and she is so talented in her work. She walked me through the whole process and I felt very confident about my purchases. Very professional and great customer care. This is my new spot!
