Bought an HD lemon from Cody and lost over 2k on the deal. Months of dealing with them and it sitting in their shop all summer. He said it was safe for my daughter. Had tire rot and thats just the tip of the iceberg. Finally spoke with the GM and he took it back with a loss. Unfortunate because she was going to learn on it and buy a new Indian. Beware!!!

My husband just bought a new bike from this place and the customer service was excellent. The young man there name Cody was very patient and informative. He took the time to explain all the features of the bike and evej helped to load the bike to the trailer and strapped it down.

I had initially visited another dealer in the Chicago-land area, that is actually the distance from my home to that of Ginas. My experience at that dealership was the polar opposite of my experience at Ginas.
Ginas has a warm, and friendly almost family atmosphere. Maybe because it is a family owned business, and not part of a big chain, that they can be so humble and relaxed. I went in with the full intention to order a new Indian Pursuit. (I had the same intention with the other dealer). I went in, looked at bikes, met George, he gave me the run down on the bikes, explained, answered questions, but never added any pressure to the mix. He offered me to take a test ride on one of the Challengers they had, and I accepted. I wasnt prepared, so he loaned me a helmet and jacket. I loved the ride, came back, walked around the store and thought about it and placed an order. When the bike arrived, I went back, test drove it, loved it more, we made a deal. George gave me an honest deal on my trade in. I am very happy with the low pressure, easy going, and pain free process. The delivery of the bike (in winter) was smooth and easy, and the delivery guy was also a fantastic person, and I am sorry I dont remember the name.
All the staff here are good people. Everyone was super helpful, and pleasant to deal with. George, and Tammy (at the end of the purchase process who got the joy of taking my money) are fantastic people to deal with. All I can say is a big thank you for making the process exactly what it should be.
And the best part of the whole thing is that I am now the owner of such a fantastic bike that I can barely believe that it is mine. I am so happy with this bike, it is perfect in every way.
I look forward to the ride down for any necessary service. THANK YOU AGAIN to George and Tammy for making it happen!
