They poured cement at a home down the street. When finished they washed out their truck in our church parking lot right at the entrance where everyone walks in. How could anyone be so ignorant to do such a thing? I had to hose it down and sweep up stones but some cement is hardened down and will not come off.

Wille Bros is a great company to do business with!!! No company is perfect but they go above and beyond. Most importantly, they get the job done right!

**BUYER BEWARE** - Called to setup an order for a huge driveway. Everything was agreed to and I was emailed a written quote. Called back the evening prior to the pour to have them correct the quote which was not as discussed. Not only would they not correct it to honor what they had verbally quoted, they exploited the fact that the pour was scheduled just 12 hours later and raised the price of what was in the written quote because they claimed the employee who sent it made a mistake. I'm sorry, but any honorable business would respect ANY written quote regardless if their employee had made the mistake. In the end the difference they were arguing was less than $250 on a $10000 job. They tried to exploit the time frame. Therefore, I cancelled the order and was luckily able to find a SUPERB company located in Chicago Heights, Il that not only delivered 60 yards of the absolutely best mix i've ever used, but they did so at an even better price. You've been warned.
In response to the owners response. I do have a written quote and was told by your representative that it would not be honored because the person who wrote the quote is a "secretary" and should not be writing quotes. Perhaps that is something internal you need to discuss with your employees. I don't see why someone would write/email me a quote if they are not authorized to do so. I do have the quote on YOUR company letterhead should you wish to see it. When I asked to speak with the owner about this matter, that was your opportunity to set things right. It's a little late for that at this point. Still, I will gladly send you the quote for your reference. Should anyone else wish to see it I will gladly post it here if there is an option to do so.
