        My boyfriend used this placed to file taxes using the e file to sign the documents. Was told by telephone that everything was good signed and ready to be sent to the IRS. Several weeks later they called me and told me I needed to come sign my paperwork, that I had already signed. When they called to to inform me, they acted like it was no big deal yet I still have to wait several more weeks for my refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND EVER AGAIN. ITS NOT THEM OR THEIR MONEY AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE.....

If any mistakes at all are made, we admit to it and take the appropriate actions. However, this is not one of those times! We prepared your tax returns, went over them with you thoroughly, you signed for the tax returns with the same amount of refunds describe to you.
