        I have been a Hy-Vee Pharmacy customer for well over 10 years, but since the Hy-Vee on John Deere closed I have tried to switch to the Ave of the Cities and it has been horrible. My doctor has to send my prescriptions 2 or 3 times before they claim to receive them and then they average about a week to prepare them. Thats not acceptable. Today I went in to get a prescription refill that I have spent 6 days trying to get and I had to wait in the parking lot for a half an hour. The cashier was so rude I will never go back. Taking my long term business elsewhere. So long Hy-Vee!

        The frozen food manager asked me if I needed help looking for a product and then he order the product because they were out of it and offered to hold a few boxes for me. Helpful smile in every aisle! I posted this in the wrong spot lol
