I am in the parking lot waiting for the fitting of my dress and nobody is here. Nobody is answering the phone. My appointment was at 1 oclock. Nobody called me to tell me anything. Please let me know whats going on

I had a terrible experience here!She is open by appointment only and if you do have one she forgets and you have to call her. I did find the dress I wanted and it was ordered in plenty of time for my son's wedding. It came in and I drove 50 miles thinking she would start marking for alterations but was told no I would have to come back. I made another appointment but had to change it because I got Covid. When I did go for her to mark the hem I waited for over 3 weeks.  I finally called her and she told me then she had been sick. She should have let me know and I would have had someone else do it. When I went to pick it up she texted me 10 minutes before our appointment and said she was running 30 minutes late! She offered to deliver it but I said no I wasn't leaving town without my dress!! 2 hours later I was going home, 50 miles away!!!! Long story short her communications and organization is just horrendous!! I really don't know how she stays on business!!

Update! When I called they explained that they were shut down due to Covid and didnt open up because they didnt wish to comply with the governors requirements. The owner tried to make it a political discussion. At the time when this happened, the state was open again and when I pointed this out (politely) she must have misunderstood and thought I meant other stores were open, so she hung up on me after YELLING Go to them then! So I did. I went to a store that was open and had a very kind owner who cares about her customers and spent $600 that day.
Update: They updated their hours on Google since this happened back in September.
I drove all the way here because Google said the store is open. Nope. They are only by appointment except on weekends.

Is this location permanently closed? I have never seen anyone in the shop. I have stopped by and called (during open hours) 5+ times and no one has answered and the doors have been locked.
