Chicago Swim School Mokena

Been going for three weeks and I dont have a single complaint! My daughter was so against getting her face wet or going under water but this swim school has made her comfortable doing these things. I have enjoyed watching her succeed.

Teachers have always been great. My kid has already moved from star baby to Pink in 7 months, still not even 3 years old yet. I wish the owner would take the cleanliness of the air vents more seriously in the facility, since she claims to care so much about health and safety, advocating for the questionable experimental covid shots. Our children are breathing in this filth. I've brought this to the staff's attention many times, but to no avail.

The Chicago Swim School has made an enormous impact on our twin girl's lives by providing the following: Life-saving skills through swim safety classes enhancing their self-confidence as they've acquired the recommended skills to progress to the next class level. Our overall interaction with the staff at Chicago Swim has remained consistently positive and supportive. Throughout changing schedules, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances, Kirsten, Tim, Cynthia, Penny, Brandon, and many outstanding deck leaders have been open to our questions and feedback about our twins' swim journey. Now, do I believe that the Chicago Swim School is perfect? Not. However, they greatly support your family's needs through open communication with all parties. ~ A proud Mom of twins girls in Purple

The lessons for toddlers is very short (30 minutes) for the price. The teachers are quiet, you can barely hear them. I was confused the entire lesson on what i was to be doing. The changing room is pretty cold compared to the warm pool. You are only allowed one make up day a month, and they don't often answer their phone. And if your schedule changes, they are not accommodating. You have to sign up for an ongoing membership billed monthly, and if you want to cancel you have to fill out a form online by the 15/16th for the next month, explaining 10 times why you're canceling. This place would probably work better for a family with older kids.
