        Tile shop associates didn't know what coper slate tile was.. Very unhelpful, two middle aged persons were sitting by computers, no customers around, acted bothered when we asked for assistance and told us they were busy, just go look.

        I am currently remodeling my bathroom. Mary has been super helpful! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was very quick to help me every time I came in the store and had a quote for me that night. I also used ProSource in 2017 for my kitchen remodel and had a great experience. They have quality products for a good price.
