Dr. Stockton is wonderful! Professional and caring. She helped me resolve some terrible hormonal acne.

I love Dr. Stockton and her staff! Dr. Stockton continues to provide me with excellent care. I feel very comfortable knowing I'm in good hands. She always listens to my concerns, never rushes me and is always detailed oriented. The medical assistants are very knowledgeable and always return my calls in a timer manner. Front desk staff has always been very respectful and friendly. The waiting room and exam rooms are always clean and well maintained.

I have been going to Dr. Stockton for my eldest and now youngest daughter for years whom are now 25 and 18. Her office staff used to be professional and kind. Recently I had a bill for both my daughter's in which I called to pay the balance. When asked what Teo of the fees were, the young lady lied and stated it was my deductible. Well I'm 52 yrs old, have 5 degrees, and knew it was not my deductible. When I confronted her about lying and asked for a Nanager, she placed me on hold. I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. Noone answered the phone. I then received a text that someone would call back. They did not. The young lady was very rude and I never had a hard time trying to pay a bill. The treatment didn't even work for my daughter but I was still going to pay for the service considering we were recurring patients. It's sad that these younger people are the face of the doctors and they don't have any customer service skills. Noone called me back so I guess they don't want the money.
