Bella Vista Adjusters was there when my roof damage during a hail storm in December. All the guys were very polite, professional and they took care of everything with my insurance. It was actually nice not needing to deal with all of that stuff myself. They were able to get everything settled with my insurance and organized my roof repair. Bella Vista contacted me continuously about a bid for a new roof...I finally allowed them to give me abid...we agreed to the price that the insurance company would suggest ...8 or 9 months later...U am dealing with project manager nber 4...DO NOT USE BELLA VISTA!!!!@!

Jon was ultimate professional from estimate to scheduling to roof completion! We wanted to get the new roof on before the winter rains started but had slight concerns given the closeness to Christmas holiday. LGR didn't disappoint. The crew was here days before Christmas and completed tear off and re-roofing in one day! We were shocked since the initial estimate was 2 days. The crew was professional, friendly and did an amazing job! The downspouts weren't in by the time the roofing was done but the crew lead came back Jan 2nd and installed the 6 downspouts in less than 1 hour. We definitely recommend BVGR!!! Service: Roof repair
