        Definitely will be using them again the next time my daughter's car likes to break down! Donavan was there to pick up the car very quickly and kept great communication! He even lowered the car onto my mechanics lift so it wasn't a hassle having to move it! I appreciated the great service

        We were involved in an accident 3 hours away from home. Once contacted by insurance to tow the vehicle back down to us, it was within minutes that I got a phone call from Donavan. Donavan was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. He communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Donavan and Kendall Towing for all your towing needs in north western Illinois. Donavan went above and beyond!

        I just want to say that I WILL NEVER forget how hard Tom worked to get my daughters car out of a parking garage and to the mechanic after other tow companies showed and said it was impossible.....I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Thank You Again Tom!!!
