I am truly sorry to hear of your recent experience with our company. We are staffed in the office from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We do provide emergency service after hours and on Saturday & Sunday. We utilize a telephone answering service to field the telephone calls once the main office closes. We are of course on a first come first serve basis for our after hours services. Out of respect for the customer we are currently providing service for our technicians do not take or make phone calls while they are on a job site. Instead calls are retrieved from the answering service and returned to customers between job sites.Unfortunately sometimes there is a large gap in the time frame due to the length or severity of some of the jobs being performed. I understand your frustration with the situation and I will admit that during extremely busy times the process take can longer than anticipated. We do our best to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible however unfortunately sometimes that service is performed quite late in the evening. Again, I do apologize for the situation, I apologize for your inconvenience, and am truly disappointed that we could not get your issue resolved in a timely fashion.
