        Resident at village woods Apts, milan IL. Called for service on smoke detector in early morning. Ran some errands and service was completed by the time I returned in the afternoon. Thanks for the super fast service.

        My husband Gary and I have been living here since Feb. 12th,2022 We love it here. Any maintenance problems have been taken care of right away. It's a great neighborhood, quiet. Nicely landscaped. Dumpsters are emptied at least twice a week. We've never had any problems getting our trash into the one nearest to our apartment. Best of all, the management and maintenance team are AWESOME! Mar'shell and her team are friendly, treat us with respect and don't mind taking time to just chit chat with. They have neat resident events most every month. Just had Cinco de Mayo Nacho snack bags today. Mar'Shell even dressed for the day! Very festive!! New addition! Mar'shell knocks it out of the park again! Happy St. Patrick 's Day! Breakfast on the go. We picked mini blueberry muffins, halo orange, Apple juice, and a mint. Plus a reusable lunch bag! AWESOME!! Happy National Ice Cream Day! Mar'shell planned an event today to celebrate. Vanilla and chocolate icecream with an assortment of toppings! Yummy!!! 02/05/24 Update: put in an work order to have our furnace filter changed this morning. Within a couple hours our new maintenance manager Jeremy, was here and changed it. Talk about fast service!

        MarShell was extremely helpful and so kind through our process of becoming new residents at Village Woods! When we arrived to the apartment it was unbelievably clean and so ready for us! We are very thankful and blessed. Thank you MarShell & Village Woods!
