Had them install new spark plugs and I was told that I need a new coil so they claimed they put a new one in it fail on the highway on my way out of town had to have some else replace the coil they said they put in. Also told I would receive an invoice never did

Absolutely the most unprofessionally run shop I have ever seen. They sucked so much money from me this year its insane....then tried to deny some of the work they did was done there until I had to show them their own paperwork showing when it was done....I'll never go back. The lady at the desk has NO CLUE what she speaks about and has contradicted what the mechanic has told me several times. Never go here. Wish I could give ZERO STARS

We have used Auto Emporium since they opened 5 years ago. The service has been more than anyone could ask for. They are very fair, honest and a pleasure to do business with. The staff is friendly and always going the extra mile. Their main goal is superior customer service - and - they hit the target every time.
