        I rented from Extra Space Storage in 2017 and ended my journey April 8th 2024. I'm posting because through all of the many many hard times I had with previous storage companies with misinformation with the price change, or not being notified I was able to be relieved of all that after I got my space @ Extra Space Storage. The office staff Kayla and Kiki really made this long haul doable. Kayla was actually the person that moved me in to the public storage but Kiki is the person that actually kept me there. If it had not been for her maneuvering me thru unexpected increases, telling me don't give up, her constant encouragement with storage issues, and on occasion life stuff, some things would have been very different. Kiki has been a " Gem" a shining star. Whatever perks, raises, and kudos you can provide her, she deserves it. Thank you Kiki!!
