Drove out for an advertised open house I found online. Pulled up (beautiful house) absolutely no signage. I called the realtor company to verify there actually was an open house going on so I wasnt just knocking on someones door. The company couldnt verify and instead sent me to Larrys phone which was unanswered and no call back. Its a shame because I genuinely was interested in this townhouse but the lack of professionalism has left a bad taste in my mouth from wanting to work with this company.

Lenny is truly the person you want in your corner when entering the real estate market. Whether it is finding hidden issues, addressing what can be reasonably resolved, or even telling you the cost of maintaining a coy pond, I was always surprised by how much he knew on so many subjects. I can be happy that after having been moved in for a few months, his opinion and input were spot on for the house. No matter how many homes we wanted to see across the area, Lenny was always willing to make sure we saw everything and on our schedule. He always made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. I cannot say enough great things! Thanks Lenny!
