        rude and unprofessional, scheduled an appointment and she did not show up and I was trying to work with her to get another appointment and she was ignoring my texts. I did not make another appointment that is a lie. she told the male working there to get my number so she can text me for another appt , she has a NO SHOW CHARGE why would I not show up when I had already paid almost $300. Since I didnt hear from her I tried to get my refund from Groupon because all I wanted was to get the services done, they wanted me to contact her again so I did and she told me she was busy with a client and to TEXT HER and she would tell me her availability because she was BUSY with a client. I texted her and no reply ! Not trying to bring her down, I was just trying to get the services done. I have the proof of the calls and the text I sent her !

        This was the first time Ive gotten a professional lash lift and tint. I originally scheduled but needed to cancel last minute due to illness and Erica was very understanding and allowed me to reschedule for the following week. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and the salon was clean and nicely decorated. Erica greeted me upon entry and began my appointment. She was kind and professional and made me feel like a long-time client. 10/10 highly recommended. I will definitely be visiting Erica again in the future and my lashes look great.

        This barber shop is the best it has great conversations that take place while waiting to get a hair cut it clean up to date and have great people that care about there customer I will recommend that everyone come here

        I have been to Erica 4 times for microblading. I travel an hour to get to her, that is how good she is. She does an AMAZING job. She is very professional and fun. Very detailed oriented.

      Oh this is so sad I personally spoke to you Michell, I mean M. I had an emergency at your initial time yet you reiterated that you understood & rescheduled another time. I even offered you something special for your inconvenience.. maybe that’s where the rudeness & unprofessionalism was perceived. Nevertheless, afterwards you told Groupon you couldn’t reach anyone at this business whereas that was a blanton lie. Then on TODAY I SPOKE TO YOU AGAIN. You made another appointment for this Saturday after you missed last weeks appointment, no call no show. But you’re here trying to tarnish this establishment? Shame on you dear!!
