        Waited on hold for over an hour to ask one question. I gave it two stars because customer service agent was nice otherwise it would have been 0 for the long wait.

        The queues were not long, they moved quickly, maybe because it was before lunch. I solved my question. I spent an average of one and a half hours. The waiting room is dirty.
