      Alyssa ,our apologies for making your daughter cry ,but when the time of the rental is over we need to start picking up our items to go to the next event we had been booked for .I know sometimes the kids want to keep having fun but our rental agreements are in place for a reason .We can't rent our items for and extended period of time if it wasn't decided at the time of booking.Hopefully if you rent with us again you will decide to rent for a longer period of time in order to let the kids have fun and not feel sad about us taking our equipment .

      image Horrible customer service, they cancelled my order 2 days prior to the actual event leaving our nonprofit organization for the elderly in a horrible situation. It was a lack of communication and clarification on their part . After we signed the contract they wanted to charge more for the take down of the tent we had ordered. Leaving us in a bind. Will never use them again .

      Maria ,It's unfortunate that we couldn't help you at your event .Unfortunately you tried to book our services the  same week your event was going to take place .We let you know that there are some rules that we must follow when going into Forest Preserve (their rules not ours) and that adds to the cost .We were more than polite to you and we tried to give you options in order to make your event as smooth possible ,but when you got frustrated about the money you disrespected our staff and yelled at my office manager that was trying to help you .I always learn from my clients ,making them happy is my motivation ,but I would not serve anyone that disrespects my staff and that is why we cancelled your event .

      image I would not recommend the water slide with the pool at the end. Does not work well as a slip and slide. Water hose overhead keeps on coming off the velcro, kids were not able to slide all the way to the pool. Maybe if you put it on a hill it would work. A bunch of disappointed kids after a big expectation. AMJ never responded to my concerns.
